I ship in-stock pieces within four days via USPS priority mail with tracking.  Preorder items will ship in the timeframe indicated in the presale listing, generally within 2 weeks.

If you are not in love with your item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery of your order to discuss options to make it right.  Items need to be returned in original condition with all original packing materials within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please feel free to ask any questions about items before purchasing.
